Our Philosophy

Welcome to the second edition of our modeling contest!

We’re excited to welcome all participants on this journey of discovering the world of miniature models.

We want to break down the barriers between different categories of modeling and demonstrate the artistic potential of this fascinating art form.

This is the spirit that drives our unique display contest, where we prioritize the artistic and communicative aspects of the models. In case of a tie, the artist’s technical level will be the deciding factor.

There will be 4 categories at the event: Best Art, Open Art, Game Art, and Juniors (under 16 years old). Participants will be awarded a best of show and a proportional number of medals. They can also participate in awards dedicated to all sectors of modeling.

We can’t wait to see the wonderful creations that will be presented and celebrate the second edition of this contest together with all of you.

Artworks

Handing of the models
By handing the works to the competition, every participant states that the work/s are made by their own. The violation of this rule means a ban from the competition and the takeaway of the awards won. The organisers allow that the handing of the models can be done by a second person if stated in advance.
Placement
The artworks must be assembled, attached or placed on bases or props in order to be safely moved but also to be viewed without exposing them to any damage. The organisation does not respond to any damage done while moving the artworks.
Photos
It is possibile that photos of the models will be taken and used for communications and in the art book oe the event, wherever possibile we will put the name of the author and the instagram handle if given.

Lo spazio per l'esposizione dato a ciascun artista è di 40x40, se necessario più spazio inviateci una email così possiamo organizzarlo.
CAMBIO MODELLO
I modelli registrati possono essere cambiati fino all'ultimo giorno senza costi aggiuntivi.
MINI AWARDS
I Mini Awards non sono collegati alle categorie, ma il soggetto deve essere relativo al tema del premio stesso.
Un Modello può essere iscritto a soltanto un premio.

MODEL SWITCHING
Registered models can be changed up until the last day without any additional fees.
MINI AWARDS
Mini Awards are not linked to categories, but the subject must be related to the theme of the award itself.
